Biggietronics ("we", "us"), formerly Biggie Boy Games, is an independent game studio. This page covers our website, www.biggietronics.com (and www.biggieboygames.com, which now redirects here), and how to reach us about privacy. Each of our games has its own privacy policy that explains exactly what that game handles.

Our website

You can browse this website without an account, and it has no sign-up forms, comments or tracking of our own. We don't use advertising cookies or analytics cookies on it.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser also contacts Google when you visit; see Google Fonts privacy. Some pages link to Google Play or other stores, which have their own policies.

When you email us

If you write to [email protected] or another address at our domains (including our old biggieboygames.com addresses), we receive your email address and whatever you include, and we use it only to answer you. You may get a one-time automatic reply confirming we got your message. We don't add you to mailing lists or share your email with anyone. You can ask us to delete our correspondence with you at any time.

What we never do

• Sell, rent or trade personal information.
• Ask you for more than we need to answer you or run a game.
• Knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and U.S. state laws such as the CCPA, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information and to object to how it's used. Email us and we will help, including pointing you to the right place when the data is held by a service such as Google.

Changes

When our website or studio practices change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Changes to a game are described in that game's own policy.
